Spritz for the Summer
Effervescent, bittersweet and joyful - the Italian aperitivo known as the Spritz is as versatile as it is delightful. Known mainly in the US as an Aperol cocktail, the Spritz at its most basic is a relatively simple 3-2-1 cocktail; three parts sparkling wine, two parts bitter liqueur and one part soda water.
