Folkways and Allison Newell of June Farm North Salem invite you to join us for our California Wild Wreath-Making Workshop—a unique, hands-on experience that blends the vibrancy of the California landscape with expert craftsmanship.

Shuck an Oyster Workshop & Sparkling Tasting with Montauk Catch Club
Date: Thursday 12/8, 6-8pm
The oyster shucking demonstration is staggered into two time slots 6pm and 7pm. Participants are welcome to come early or linger after to taste through all the wines.

Join Folkways Wines and Montauk Catch Club for a night of oysters and sparkling wine! Learn to shuck an oyster, prepare mignonette and taste some fantastic sparkling wines!
Guests will be given an oyster shucking demo followed by a classic mignonette tutorial by chef Savannah Jordan from Montauk Catch Club. Your ticket includes a dozen Hampton's Co oysters, a dexter oyster knife, 2 styles of mignonette, and an artisanal linen kitchen towel to take home with you!
