Join Folkways the first Wednesday of every month from 6:30-7pm.
Four wines, no labels, no clues. Just a fun way to test your palate, learn about new wines and get a chance to win a special prize at the end of the evening!
Additionally, all blind wines are 10% off the night of the tasting.

Maximum 12 guests.

Shuck an Oyster Workshop & Sparkling Tasting with Montauk Catch Club
Date: Thursday 12/8, 6-8pm
The oyster shucking demonstration is staggered into two time slots 6pm and 7pm. Participants are welcome to come early or linger after to taste through all the wines.

Cost: $100 per person
Join Folkways Wines and Montauk Catch Club for a night of oysters and sparkling wine! Learn to shuck an oyster, prepare mignonette and taste some fantastic sparkling wines!
Guests will be given an oyster shucking demo followed by a classic mignonette tutorial by chef Savannah Jordan from Montauk Catch Club. Your ticket includes a dozen Hampton's Co oysters, a dexter oyster knife, 2 styles of mignonette, and an artisanal linen kitchen towel to take home with you!
