This aperitivo from the highly-respected vermouth and amaro producer, Cappelletti, is unique in their range: it is colored and flavored entirely by natural botanicals sourced from the northern mountain range of the Dolomites, so very inspired by the origin of red Italian aperitivi in general, around the area of Trento.
