LOS NAHUALES MEZCAL JOVEN 
Los Nahuales is a label from Destilerías Los Danzantes in Oaxaca. This rare joven mezcal is made with Espadín plants whose piñas were smoked over mesquite; the spirit is then aged in French oak for 2.5 years before release. Notes of celery, coriander, smoky chicken stock: it's a mature and very savory mezcal. Rare: the importer receives maybe 350 bottles per year.
