Switch up your spritz ! Walcher's aperitivo is way more interesting than both Aperol and Campari — plus it isn't made using annatto for aperitivo's signature red color. Less sticky-sweet, more of a floral, bright style. Definitely bitter, but not overpowering. Makes a terrific Rosa Negroni: a negroni with a lot less sweetness.
