The White Negroni is a newer entry into the bartender's repertoire, but it has undoubtedly earned its place. Lighter and more floral than its rosy predecessor, the cocktail preserves the base spirit - gin - but tempers it with Lillet blanc and gentian for a light and fresh sip. More sweet than bitter, with a delightful herbal kick - the perfect summer aperitif.

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Greenhook American Dry Gin
1 oz Bordiga Extra Dry Vermouth
½ oz Suze Gentian Liqueur
Garnish: lemon peel

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until combined and well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lemon peel.

This bundle includes Greenhook American Dry Gin, Bordiga Extra Dry Vermouth, and Suze Gentian Liqueur.
