This dry rosé from Vinca Minor is sourced from 90+ year-old, dry-farmed Carignan vines from Hawkeye Ranch, a vineyard situated in the Redwood Valley, Mendocino. Direct-press rosé, which explains the pale color, fermented in a mix of older French oak and stainless steel. Notes of melon, warm stone, strawberry, rhubarb. Only about 500 cases made — this one is tiny production.
