This is the third iteration of Villbrygg's lightest sparkling infusion, making it one of the oldest product lines from this up-and-coming biodynamic-focused Norwegian N/A producer. Skog means forest in Norwegian, and captures the beauty and purity of the Nordic woods in a fermented, dry, and sparkling drink. Young spruce shoots for light tannins and citrusy notes, supported by crunchy lemon grass grown on Bergsmyrene farm in Norway, complemented by yarrow and birch leaves for a good tannic grip, depth and some sharp and spicy aromatics.
