This sake is actually a blend of several of their best brews to create an entirely unique Junmai Daiginjo, aromatic and crisp with lots of melon and tropical fruit notes - hence the name Harmony! It’s equally suited to highlighting delicate sashimi dishes or else complimenting something hearty like hot pot.
