Unlike almost any other Ligurian white wine available on the market, Legnani's 'Bamboo Road' is a mix of all the white varieties local to this coastal area near Genoa, with a few days of skin contact to boot. Golden-colored, with a distinctly toffee-like nose, the palate opens up to toasted rice, green olive, white melon, and almonds. We love love this wine with white-sauce or greens-based pastas. It's not a "normal" orange wine and is such a unique expression of this place!
