Rose Hill Farm has been a continuously operating fruit farm for 200 years in Duchess County, but starting at the beginning of 2020, some young new owners took over, converted to holistic farming, and being doing fermentations with many of the fruits available on the farm. Their experiments with maceration and long aging with their wines have earned them a loyal following quickly! This bottling, 'Kitchen Sink,' is a wild-fermented sparkling cider and a staple of theirs, one of the apple wines they're always making that represents a mix of what they have in their orchards: heirloom, bittersweet and modern culinary apples.
