Recaredo is one of the Penedès’ most important traditional-method sparkling producers, one of the few organic, biodynamic families of this size and stature that exist in the appellation. As a side project, they’ve developed ‘Celler Credo,’ in order to make still wines of simplicity, grace, and very high quality that underline the quality of their estate’s home vineyard farming. ‘Miranius’ is their 100% still Xarel.lo, full of the almond-like, mid-weight, and lightly pithy character that makes the famous white Catalan variety so special. Dry, simple, unadorned, but full of Mediterranean character.
