The prestige cuvée from venerable Champagne House Pol Roger, 'Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill' is named in honor of the former Prime Minister due to Churchill's well-known obsession with these wines (Churchill loved Pol Roger so much he named one of his racehorses after the House, and Odette Pol-Roger sent him a case of his preferred vintages every year on his birthday!) Principally made from Pinot Noir with the addition of Chardonnay, all sourced from Grand Cru sites, 'Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill' is aged longer than most prestige cuvées, leading to a more mature, dense and complex flavor profile. Incredible weight and balance, with broad notes of dried fruit, brioche and cocoa - this is a wine with gravity.
