Described as a twist on the Last Word, the Paper Plane cocktail has been a modern classic since its debut in 2008 - and yes, it is named for the M.I.A. song that came out around that time. Equal parts bourbon, Aperol, amaro and lemon juice, the trick here is to shake especially vigorously to fully incorporate all the ingredients and get a little bit of aeration. Traditional garnishes include a lemon twist and a small paper airplane!

This bundle includes Pinhook Straight Bourbon as the base spirit, along with Nonino 'Quintessentia' Amaro and St. George 'Bruto' Americano Liqueur.
