This Barossa red wine is made by carefully blending nine different grape varieties to make a balanced end product; the fruit is partially co-fermented, with some lots kept separate before being basket pressed to stainless steel, where the wine rests for a few months. 100% de-stemmed but whole-berry Grenache, Gamay, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. A kooky mix that results in light-bodied but aromatic red wine.
