Neverstill is a brand-new and very exciting producer from the Hudson Valley led by founder Christy Counts and winemaker and Master of Wine Nova Cadamatre, both of whom are deeply committed to sustainable and local winemaking. The Cabernet Franc for this rosé comes from Hidden View vineyard on the shores of Lake Seneca, which is positioned perfectly to take full advantage of the lake effect that makes the Finger Lakes such a dynamic growing region. The wine is herbaceous and floral, with lots of juicy grapefruit and sour cherry notes. Perfectly refreshing for a hot summer day!
