Passing Clouds is the very first blend from Muri, producers of complex N/A bevs hailing from Copenhagen. It's actually named for a former nightclub in East London, and according to the producers was 'a sort of indescribable place to name an indescribable drink after.' Botanicals include quince, geranium, foraged woodruff and jasmine all intended to give a profound experience of texture and florality. The result is wonderfully fresh and zippy and drinks something like a well-made orange sparkling wine. It's a beautiful pairing with ceviche or a spicy asian salad.
