This light, dry, fresh and herbal red wine from the island of Evia has a super unique place origin: taking its cuvée name from the nearby historical Lilas river, it represents a restoration of the battered Lilantine field: a field previously wrecked from erosion from the ceramic industry as well as brutal ancient wars. ‘Lilas’ marks a return to production of beautifully expressive products from this island; it’s fashioned from the local Vradiano variety: the ‘night grape’.
