Mas Goma's very good traditional method sparkling wine is a spring-summer treat: foamy and toasty from full lees inclusion and two years' worth of aging on those same; chalky soils that are a key feature of the Penedès, the region from which this wine hails; and a dry, clean finish coming from a lack of dosage, or added sugar. Salty, soil-driven, with notes of lots of fresh flowers and herbs.
