The Martini may be one of the most famous cocktails in the world, and it is certainly one of the most divisive; there are likely as many ways to make a Martini as there are people who drink them. A classic Martini, however, is typically a two-to-one ratio of gin to dry white vermouth, often garnished with an olive. The variations from here are endless - whether that's to swap out the gin for vodka, cut down on the vermouth for a dry Martini, or to add equal parts gin and vermouth to make a so-called "Perfect Martini." Any way you make it, shaken or stirred, this boozy but crisp and refreshing cocktail will always be a classic.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Branchwater Gin
1/2 oz Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth di Torino
Garnish: 3 speared Partanna olives

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until combined and well-chilled. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with olive spear.
