Relying on native fermentation, with no fining and filtration, the fruit was destemmed and fermented separately, allowing Bell to play around and create this uniquely delicious wine. Fresh fruit and purple flowers on the nose are joined by fresh berries and nectarine skin along with fresh cut herbs and thirst quenching acidity balanced by texture.
