Megan Bell's wines, made under her label Margins, are beautiful and unassuming: underrepresented grapes and places, but they're not wacky; they're honest and transparent. This Chenin Blanc was aged on skins for one month, native ferment, aged in neutral oak, unfined and unfiltered. A textured and mineral chenin blanc with candied lemon and apple on the palate. A true joy from Megan Bell.
