Savory, dry rosado — or light red — from the Cantalapiedra family, who are practicing biodynamic. 70% Verdejo and 30% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) cofermented, aged in stainless steel, with no SO2 added. This is super fun wine — definitely drink chilled, definitely take it outside. Medium-bodied but immensely fresh, with notes of red berries, green peppercorns, and a floral aspect. Yes, it's dry.
