Totally stunning Cabernet Franc taken from a single vineyard within the Saumur-Champigny appellation, blended with a touch of organic purchased Cabernet Sauvignon from the vignerons' farmer friends nearby. Stately but super fresh, with a very vibrant feeling on the palate: a vivid, lively expression of this important terroir in the Loire, somehow both easy to drink but meditative at the same time. We're super impressed by Les Justices' work, especially for a young couple of winemakers whose label has only been produced since 2018!
