Hand-harvest, slow ferments, long less aging, gentle extractions: everything about the way Les Justices make their Loire Valley wines is striking to us, and they always bottle wines that are delicate and clear. This bottling of Chenin Blanc vines that were planted in the 1970's is no exception: deeply fresh, with beautiful mineral expression and texture, this is no flimsy Loire white, but rather, one for meditation. We love their work.
