Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes, two winemakers and friends, created Lés-a-Lés as the culmination of over a decade of work throughout Portugal. With labels modeled after old train tickets, they produce a range of wines from different regions, including this 'talha' wine - referring to a technique developed by Romans for making wine in the clay amphorae. 'Vinho de Talha' is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez from the northern part of Alentejo, with notes of bright cherry and an herbaceous bite. A rare warm climate wine that is both fresh and light!
