The fourth generation in a Beaujolais winemaking family, Laura Lardy converted her vineyard to organic farming as soon as she took the 5.5 hectares over from her father in 2017. Her Beaujolais-Villages Blanc is a beautiful showcase of the unique local terroir through the Chardonnay grape - something of a rarity in typically Gamay-dominated Beaujolais. Punchy with acidity, buoyed by succulent apple and peach notes, this is not a wine to miss.
