This is routinely one of our favorite Chenin Blancs produced in Touraine (and there are so so many good ones). Drawn from roughly 15-20 year old vines of Chenin, planted on a mix of silex, clay, and limestone, this is a great version of the variety that both fresh and pretty but with substance. Drink this to fall in love with both the variety and the region!
