La Gazzetta is nestled in the hills above Bolsena in Northern Lazio. The area is found at a crossroads between the Mediterranean Sea, Apennine Mountains and one of the largest volcanic lakes in Europe. Trish, alongside her partner Piero, tend to approximately 2 hectares just outside of Bolsena as well as olive, fig, cherry and pear trees and some more remote parcels further down the slope. Rosa Trilli 2024 is 100% Sangiovese harvested from 20 year old vines in Osarella, near Orvieto. A perfect rosato, with bright cherry tones and notes of wild strawberry and rosemary.
