It takes just a moment upon opening to know there's something deeply special about Cécillon's intense Syrah sourced from organic grapes. It's powerful, a little bit of a Clydesdale, full of cassis and black cherry, and it's sumptuous in texture. This wine isn't a hammer, though; it's nuanced too, showing granite and earth along with dried flowers and cured meat. Balanced and fine, it's very good young, but it'll improve over the next decade and more, too!
