Judith Beck is going on over 20 years running her family's winery in Burgenland and nearly 15 of farming her 13ha biodynamically. She's committed to low-intervention winemaking and has a clear, direct style. This wine, 'Mish Mash,' is a little bit on the more experimental side for her, but it has a very historical reference in the old Austrian tradition of making 'Gemischter Satz,' which were white wines with many different grapes all blended together, and usually taken from the same vineyard site. This wine is hazy, with yellow and slightly tropical fruits, light and refreshing.
