Though Jérémy Arnaud usually makes only one wine per plot, his ‘Les Veuillots’ plot produces three distinct wines. Les Veuillots, a 1.7-hectare family plot, benefits from enviable southern exposures and Chablis’ classic marl-limestone soil, creating ideal conditions for winemaking. This is the ‘Bois’ version, matured in wooden barrels to enhance complexity and refinement. The wine is open and expressive, with body from the oak balanced by vibrant minerality and acidity.
