Fabrizio Iuli makes hearty, straightforward, easy-to-love red wines from Monferrato, a subzone in the rolling hills southwest of city of Torino. In the northernmost, rural stretches of this DOC, Iuli owns and operates a farm of around 16 hectares of vines. 'Rossore' is one of the hallmark wines of the winery and the region, a Barbera of uncommon grace, with a deep core of the grape's hallmark dark red and black fruit, as well as fuller body, but always retaining a sense of drinkability and lift. It's a traditional wine but one with lots of charm, a red everyone around the table will like.
