50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested from 25 year-old vines. The fruit is grown in clay soils peppered with limestone, sand & silex. After harvest, the grapes are direct pressed and cofermented before a short resting period, to the tune of a few weeks, before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, with very little SO2 added. Soft, flirty, dry, with medium body, this isn't the clunky rosé you'll typically find in the southwestern corner of France.
