A single-vineyard Zweigelt rosé from a favorite biodynamic grower in the Kamptal, Matthias Hager. This wine tastes like dark herbs, dried black berries, sandy soils, and dried red apple skin. It's a great answer to rosé sparkling that tastes only like pink sweet stuff; this one is lean, dry, and herbaceous; a great accompaniment to seafood or salads, and absolutely easy-drinking on its own.
