Gut Oggau’s foray into adding some new vineyards into their ‘family’ of wines; a lineup that’s divided out mostly by vineyard parcel, so the wines are almost never single-variety. This new rosé from the winemaking duo is soft, pretty, and pale, with a very gentle fuzzy hue in the glass and a sheer mineral wash on the palate. It’s luminous, light, and delicious—more analog than the Provençale rosé people in your life, but very charming for everyone else who likes a delicate and easy-drinking pink wine.
