Gentle Folk are based in the Mount Lofty Ranges, east of the city of Adelaide, working vineyards at around 500-600m of elevation. Their 'Vin de Sofa' is a pun on the French phrase 'vin de soif,' or 'wine of thirst,' meaning an easy-going wine that's simple and meant to quench your thirst. This version is built from whole-cluster Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc with a splash of Gewürztraminer blended in. Light, playful, good for when you're thirsty.
