This bottling of white Burgundy from the village of Puligny hails from a well-known single-vineyard called 'Les Folatières.' While Cossard does not personally farm this fruit, as this is a négociant bottling, it is organically taken care of in the vineyard, not always common in this famous region. Round, ripe, and with distinctive weight on the palate, if you're a fan of some of the fleshier, more powerful versions of Chardonnay that come from this region, this is a perfect fit for you.
