This cognac is produced exclusively from the winemaking estate Frapin, located in the heart of Cognac’s Premier Cru, 'Grande Champagne.' This VSOP is made in an old, traditional fashion by the Frapin family: harvested, distilled over lees and aged entirely at the domaine. It's balanced, with fruity orange notes and a spicy finish of cinnamon or pepper. Classical stuff, way less sticky-sweet than Hennessey or Remy Martin.
