Fattoria di Gratena Chianti is made from certified organic Sangiovese, hailing from the Arezzo area of Tuscany in central Italy,. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged nine months in new and old barrels to give a little bit of openness and complexity. Classic Italian wine that doesn't feel drab or tired, a nice upgrade from the standard versions and certainly much better farmed!
