Bred to maximize flavor while being resilient against fungal disease, Cabernet Blanc is hybrid varietal made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Regent, and is the first of its kind to be planted in the unexpectedly utopian winemaking region of Moselle, Luxembourg. Corinne Kox, a doctor of microbiology and daughter of winemakers, applies scientific methods to her bold winemaking techniques, resulting in wines that are incredibly precise. This cuvée receives only natural treatments, both in the vineyard and the cellar, and drinks clean and light, with beautiful grassy tones and a crisp finish.
