Ilarria’s white from the region displays the highest of what can be achieved here: from the indigenous varieties Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu, you’ll discover a white wine of full body and real power, notes of tropicality and florality that are surprising together. Think white grapefruit, mandarin orange, wildflower honey, jasmine—and a sense of caramel-like density equaled by whipping acidity.
