Clinging to the side of Mont Sainte Beaume in the heart of Provence, Domaine des Terres Promises is farmed by Pierre Micheland, a transplant to the region who is nevertheless committed to showcasing the unique terroir of the region’s interior. Anachronie, sitting somewhere between a dark rosé and a light red, is medium bodied, fresh and clean with bright minerality and lots of red fruit. A year-round rosé that is beautiful on its own, and also a great pairing with fish, chicken, or charcuterie!
