Domaine des Rutissons is the result of the union of two personalities, Laurent and Wilfrid, who, while capable of succeeding individually in the world of wine, together create truly exceptional cuvées. This bottling is 100% Verdesse, an nearly extinct grape (there are only about 13 hectares planted in the world) that has long been overshadowed by it's more commercially profitable cousins but is now making a grand return in the vineyards of Isère. Dry and full bodied with low acidity and a long finish, this is a big, delicious, and unique wine!
