Located in Fleurie, the family Domaine des Marrans has been growing and making wine since 1970 - Now led by youngster Mathieu Mélinand. Marrans' Beaujolais Nouveau comes from an organic 1.5 ha parcel in Saint-Jean d’Ardières. This is 100% whole cluster with 8 days of semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeast, and is aged in cement for 1 month. Thoughtful, pure and with all the vibrancy of Beaujolais Nouveau.
