Charlie and Emma Miller, the winemakers behind Dewey's Wines, are old hands in the wine business but they're new arrivals in the Hudson Valley, where over the past four years they've embraced the new landscape alongside this new chapter in their winemaking. Since then, Charlie and Emma have immersed themselves in New York’s distinct growing conditions, exploring just what this region can uniquely express through wine. 'Debut' is, appropriately, a cuvée from their first ever New York release; a blend of Riesling and Chardonnay, it shows beautiful crystalline clarity and structure balanced out with a bit of what Charlie describes as a 'pina-colada minerality.'
