The No. 7 Blanco is the first Blanco offering from Cazcanes. Crafted from Blue Weber agave cultivated in volcanic soil at 6000 ft altitude, it undergoes natural and wild yeast fermentation. The taste is clean and earthy, showcasing sweet agave, black pepper, and anise. With a long, floral finish, this spirit is bottled at 40% abv.
