TRP Charvet has been weaving since 1866, and is one of the last few remaining French textile companies weaving their own products. The factory is located on the Belgian border in the city of Armentières, fittingly dubbed the "City of Fabric" since the late 1800s. The cold climate here in northwestern Europe yields the best flax, known for its softness and durability.
