An off-dry rosé Champagne from a stately house, made by blending around 5-6% red wine into the 95% white juice (still made of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier). The dosage here (added sugar) is around 7 to 8 grams, so if you like a lean Champagne, maybe steer clear: this one is opulent, toasty, and fancy-tasting. New Year's Eve material, to be sure.
