Founded in 1818 by the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon is the oldest continuously family-owned House in the region. For over two hundred years, the House has developed a renowned expertise in crafting fine, elegant and balanced Champagnes. This bottling is elegant and ethereal, dry and crisp with fruity raspberry flavor at the fore. This is weightier than previous bottlings of this cuvée, but has the usual precision and lift expected by long-time fans of this rosé. Finishes with juicy citrus flavors and a late mineral jolt.
